3. Pricing & Quotations
Prices are provided in USD, AED or PKR, depending on the contract.
Quotations are valid for 24 hours from the issue date unless otherwise stated.
Prices exclude freight, insurance, customs duties, and export taxes unless explicitly included in the quotation.

5. Quality Assurance
Each batch is inspected and certified according to agreed specifications (e.g., SGS or third-party lab reports).
6. Limitation of Liability
MetMinerals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, shipment issues, or product use.
Liability shall not exceed the total invoice value of the goods supplied under the relevant contract.
7. Force Majeure
MetMinerals shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond its control including war, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, or transport disruptions.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
